Privacy Policy

Effective date: 25 October 2026

This policy explains how the HVAC Calculator – LIB Toolkit app (“the app”), made by Legacy International Business LLC, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, handles your information.

1. Your data stays on your phone

Everything you enter in the app stays on your device: calculations, settings, region, company details, logo or letterhead, stamp, signature, job cards and price lists. We don’t run servers for the app, and we never receive, store or see this information.

2. Location (optional)

If you allow it, the app uses your phone’s approximate location, never the precise one. It’s only used to get weather for your area:

• Design weather (summer peak, humidity and winter low) from NASA’s POWER service, when you tap “Use my location”.
• Current temperature and humidity, shown on the Home screen, from MET Norway.

The location is rounded to about 1 km and sent only to these weather services, with no name or other details attached. We don’t collect or store it. You can turn location off at any time in your phone’s settings, and the app still works if you type the values yourself.

3. Purchases

The Pro upgrade is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. The app only receives confirmation from Google Play that Pro has been purchased.

4. What we don’t do

The app has no accounts and no advertising, and no analytics or tracking tools. We don’t sell or share any personal information.

5. Sharing job cards

When you share or save a job card PDF, it goes only where you choose, through your phone’s own sharing options.

6. Permissions

• Approximate location: for weather, only if you allow it.
• Internet: for weather and Google Play purchases.
• Google Play Billing: for the Pro purchase.

7. Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in Android settings, permanently deletes everything stored by the app. Your Pro purchase stays linked to your Google account and can be restored.

8. Children

The app is a professional tool and isn’t directed at children under 13.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date.
